What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge; ask reception when you book.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Our rates include the breakfast buffet at Kan Ya Makan restaurant, served from 6:30 to 10:30 AM. Bilkana Rooftop also serves Arabic and Turkish breakfasts from 8 AM.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be added when you book online or arranged with reservations. The airport is about 45 minutes from the hotel; a taxi or ride-hailing car is also easy to find at arrivals.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is free for guests, and valet service is available at the entrance.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is free in every room and throughout the hotel.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Each rate has its own policy, shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email: flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge within the stated period, while non-refundable rates cannot. To change or cancel, email webresv@thousandnights.com or call +962 6 556 2778 with your booking number.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are processed securely by our payment provider; you can also choose Pay Later on flexible rates and settle at the hotel. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash in Jordanian dinars.
Can children stay, and do you have family rooms?
Children are welcome. Our two-bedroom Family Suite sleeps four, cribs are available on request, and an extra bed can be added to most rooms for a small nightly charge. Babysitting can be arranged.
Can non-guests use the Turkish bath and restaurants?
Yes. The Alf Layla Wa Layla Turkish Bath (9 AM – 11 PM) and Bilkana Rooftop (8 AM – 1 AM) welcome visitors as well as hotel guests. Spa treatments must be reserved in advance on +962 6 552 8868.
Do you host weddings, conferences and private events?
Yes. The Shahrazad, Shahrayar and Alf Layla ballrooms and the open-air Courtyard host weddings, conferences and celebrations for up to 250 guests, with in-house catering. Call our events team on +962 79 800 5100 or use the form above.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Yes. Both non-smoking and smoking rooms are available; let us know your preference when booking.
