Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about the hotel and to make legitimate reservations for yourself or for people on whose behalf you are authorised to act. You agree not to make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, and not to copy, scrape or reuse its content without our written permission.

Online reservations

Bookings made through this website are handled by our online booking engine. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from the hotel with a booking reference. Please check that the details in your confirmation (dates, room type, number of guests and rate) are correct and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

All rates are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless stated otherwise and, unless the rate description says so, include applicable taxes and service charges in force at the time of booking. Rates may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the confirmed rate.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge. A valid passport or national ID is required for all guests at check-in.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The hotel does not store full card details on this website. Where a rate requires a deposit or full prepayment, the amount and timing are shown before you confirm the booking. Any balance is payable at the hotel.

Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Each rate carries its own cancellation and modification policy, which is displayed during the booking process and repeated in your confirmation email. Cancellations or changes made outside the permitted period, and no-shows, may be charged as stated in that policy. Offers and packages shown on this website are subject to availability, apply only for the dates and conditions stated, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Events, dining and spa

Enquiries for weddings, events, restaurant reservations and Turkish bath or spa services made through this website are requests only. Such services are confirmed separately by the relevant hotel team and may be subject to their own terms, deposits and cancellation conditions.
